Historic centre and Sant'Ambrogio
The streets between the Duomo, Santa Croce and the Sant'Ambrogio market. Step out of the door and you are in the Florence of the postcards, with artisan workshops, trattorias and museums a short stroll away.
Florence
Five neighbourhoods, five ways to live the city. Here is where you will find our apartments, and the kind of stay each area suits best.

The city
The historic centre is compact, and you can cross it on foot in half an hour. So when choosing the best area to stay in Florence, the kind of stay you are looking for matters more than the distance from the Duomo. Some travellers want to step outside and find themselves among the monuments; others prefer a neighbourhood piazza and a trattoria just downstairs; others arrive by train or by car, and value convenience and parking.
Our apartments are spread across five different Florence neighbourhoods. Below you will find the character of each one and the homes we have there. Every apartment has its own page, with photographs, sleeping arrangements and online booking.

The streets between the Duomo, Santa Croce and the Sant'Ambrogio market. Step out of the door and you are in the Florence of the postcards, with artisan workshops, trattorias and museums a short stroll away.

Across the Arno, towards San Frediano: the Florence of artisans and neighbourhood piazzas, a fifteen-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio.

Between Santa Maria Novella station, the Fortezza da Basso and Piazza della Libertà: effortless if you are arriving by train, with the city centre within easy walking distance.

Leafy, peaceful residential neighbourhoods east of the centre, with good connections: ideal if you are looking for quiet, space and the historic centre just minutes away.

New buildings, many with private parking, and the tram at the door: Florence city centre is around ten minutes away, and the airport is close by.
Before you travel
By train, step off at Santa Maria Novella or at Campo di Marte. From the airport, the tram takes you towards the station and Novoli in a matter of minutes.
The historic centre is a limited traffic zone (ZTL), so it is best explored on foot. For the outer neighbourhoods, the tram is quick and frequent.
For the Uffizi, the Accademia and Brunelleschi's Dome, it is wise to book ahead: in summer the queues are long.
